I Registered but haven’t received a password in my Email. What do I do?

Your password will be Emailed to the Email you registered (usually within 8 minutes time). We appreciate your patience as our system creates your profile and password with our database.
If you haven’t received your password: You will receive your password via Email from: Then, be sure to add the following Emails to your email permissions:
contactus@mastertechmag.com subscription@mastertechmag.com If there appears to be an extended delay in receiving your password, we apologize for the inconvenience. Visit our Contact Us page and complete the “Log In Troubleshooting” form. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible and assign you a temporary password, if necessary. Be sure you have permitted the above Emails to Email you and not appear as SPAM. |
Can I subscribe to Master Technician or Import Service Magazine in Print form?

Unfortunately, the production costs are higher than what the advertising community can support. Mastertechmag.com allows us to continue delivering high quality diagnostic and technical repair articles you have come to enjoy reading through the print versions. Master Technician and Import Service magazine will only be available via the internet.

What if I find an article I want to Print?

Every article is published in an HTML format (on the web), and a Flash version (online full magazine issue). At the end of every HTML version you may download a printable PDF version of the article. Simply click the button:

Why do I have to subscribe?
|
Our efforts are limited by advertisers abilities to support this project. Your support will allow us to continue to move forward with a quality product.

What happens when my 60-Day FREE Trial Expires?
