Create a MSN Hotmail Email Folder

First: Create/Add the folder

Sign in to the Windows Live Hotmail website with your Windows Live ID.

In the left pane, click Manage folders.

Click New.

Enter a name for the folder, and then click Save.
Second: Move messages already received

Sign in to the Windows Live Hotmail website with your Windows Live ID.

Open your Inbox.

Click the check box next to each message that you want to move.

On the Action bar, on the Move to menu, select the folder that you want to move the messages to.
Note: You can delete or rename only those folders that you have added yourself. You can’t delete or rename the Inbox, Sent, Junk, Deleted, or Drafts folders.
Third: Create Filters for future Emails.

Sign in to the Windows Live Hotmail website with your Windows Live ID.

On the Action bar, click Options, and then click More options.

Under Customize your mail, click Automatically sort e-mail into folders.

Click New filter.

Follow the on-screen instructions to specify which messages you want to filter and where you want to filter them, and then click Save.
