1. You can create your own folders on your AOL® or AIM® Mail account to help organize your e-mail. The new folder will be added to the folders in your Mail panel.

2. On the Mail panel, click the Edit Folders link.

3. Click the New Folder button.

4. In the Create Folder box, type the name you want for your folder
   (Master Technician ONLINE).

   Note: The name of your folder can be any combination of letters and numbers. The name cannot begin with a space, %, or #, and it cannot contain \, :, *, ?, “, < , >, |, or %.

5. Click the Create button.

6. Click the Return To Mail button.
